Contaminated Specialist Diver

Purpose

The program must include academic classes of diving techniques in contaminated water up to category 1, encapsulated with full face diving, snorkeling encapsulated with diving helmet, decontamination.

How deep can you dive with the IANTD Open Water Diver Program?

Maximum depth 100 fsw in training.

What do you need to enroll in this program?

  1. Must be certified as Public Safety Diver
  2. Minimum Age 18 years old
  3. Being a police officer, firefighter or working directly on public safety
